The weight loss stuck! This will be easier when there isn't so much Christmas candy in my house. Also, I think I need to up my calorie intake until then. I've been eating high fat foods but I'm still losing and I'm not really feeling all that well, weak and tired.

goal: better quality food and more protein
64.4 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 3.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
