Had a nice drop, pretty much have been eating Keto, need to hit the gym more, but with the winter weather we are having some days it sure is hard to get motivated. I hope everyone has a fantastic day today.
125.6 kg Lost so far: 7.3 kg.    Still to go: 16.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
