Starting a new Challenge tomorrow. Decided to weigh-in weekly on the Friday. Still got this cold. Went to the gym yesterday. I found it hard to breathe and got tired BUT it felt good to do something. TGIF!
69.9 kg Lost so far: 10.4 kg.    Still to go: 8.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 2.1 kg a Week
