Pulled a muscle in my calf yesterday while on the elliptical. So I'm taking a break from the gym today to keep from aggravating any further. Other than that, I'm happy to see the scale moving down again. :)
75.7 kg Lost so far: 2.0 kg.    Still to go: 12.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
