I had feeling down for the weekend I had Thankgiving came early and for the Thanksgiving to come but I have still dropped almost 2lbs. I will just stay positive and keep on my healthy journey.
85.6 kg Lost so far: 5.7 kg.    Still to go: 15.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
