I am still at the same weight, I have been watching what I eat for the most part. My husband's birthday was last week so kind of got off the mark then, and maybe a couple of other times, but nothing major. My body fat content is down, which is good and I know I've lost some inches, by the way my clothes fit. When the weather decides to not be freezing and snowy I'll be able to get out and walk
