Lost one pound this week despite the busy weekend. One good thing about not eating gluten is you can't have any cake. Going to try really hard this week to do all my challange workouts. I am waiting for my sunroom to warm up and in a few minutes I am going to start with my biking and weights. I am really excited, today I get my easy glide rower in!! Can't wait to get it together and try it out. Might be a new challange in my future, haha. Well, got to go and get breakfast and then workout. I usually try to workout before I eat but I got up late today. I need to start getting up before the kids it's just so hard to get out of a nice warm bed:)
