Not on a diet program but rather a food consumption reduction attempt
combined with walking 10K most days. Lifting weights would be more effective
for weight reduction and will get to that soon.
91.6 kg Lost so far: 3.6 kg.    Still to go: 10.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.3 kg a Week
