Lomba diet tahap kedua hari ketiga.
Minggu Senin sengaja tidak atur pola makan, pengin free 2 hari dalam 4 minggu.
Saat ini sudah mulai dengan minum air putih, sampai siang sudah minum air putih 2250ml
