Ooh FatSecret's gone all precise on the weighing in! 23.5% Fat and didn't go to WW last wk. Think I'm going to have to go straight from work Tues as well which will probably do me a favour since I've crept up again this week. But again, not a surprise, especially since I had a very cake-heavy 2 day break this week, altho I walked 20 miles as I was really lucky with the weather so I can't regret it! Bounts has changed a bit so that the rewards are not as motivating now as the high street voucher options were, but I'm trying not to let it put me off hitting my daily goals. I'm still on target for my virtual LEJOG, in fact my fitbit mileage is already there as the crow flies so I'm going for the minimum road distance now on that one, but still hoping to make the crow distance on my tracked mileage on Runkeeper.
