Ate the rest of my home made Portillos salad last night at about 545 vs fasting. Don't feel bad about it though. I'll be on the road today for 6 hrs again so I'll just stick with water for the trip and eat again at dinner. It'll be about a 23 hr fast. Only processed sugar was the dressing.
