Just spent the morning getting the pantry and fridge cleaned out of the high[er] sodium options [tomorrow's trash day for me], roasted some raw brazil nuts and pecans - without salt, of course, went to the store and bought some fresh fruit, fish, meatless alternatives that are within the "per serving range" [I was very surprised to discover that THAT was not an easy task - really cuts down on the choices!], and was pleased to discover that the bread that I really wanted to eat was actually the best alternative out of four different brands. I worked at doing low carb for so long, that I'm glad to realize that I really don't crave the bad stuff as long as I eat the good stuff - Who knew?! The older I get, the sillier, stupider I seem to get as well. Have a peace-filled joy-filled day my FS friends - Thank you for being here!!!
