gooooooooood saturday morning....wow...70 degrees here yesterday..an in jan even...but only 50 today...month is almost half over...days go by so quick anymore..i did go for a morning walk yesterday...3.5 miles...felt great to get out an go...dressed in 2 layers an by the time i got home had a good sweat going...the plan today is layer up an get another morning walk ...an then..not sure about rest of the day..still to early to plan...have already been on the scales..no loss to record, but the .4 did come back off...so did show a loss on the scales this morning...was just a matter of water weight im sure...well...eating breakfast as i record this...tea is gone...an time to get off here an make the bed..start getting layered up an head out to get that morning walk over with...still dark but by the time i get ready should be close to daylight...have a great day...keep up the consistency....

CHANGING THE WORKOUTS IS IMPORTANT....MY BODY NEEDS A CHANGE SO IT WORKS HARDER !!!!! 5.I EAT THE MOST CALORIES AROUND MY WORKOUT TIME, AS THE DAY GOES ALONG I DO MY BEST TO DROP THE CALORIES... 6. I BURN MORE CALORIES THEN I TAKE IN...TO SHOW A LOSS... 7. I KEEP AN EYE ON HIDDEN SALT IN FOOD/PROCESSED FOOD 8. TAKING DAYS OFF IS NECESSARY !!!!!! FOR RECOVERY !!!. 9. TRACKING MY FOOD INTAKE IS A GREAT WAY OF SEEING THE EXERCISE MY HAND AND MOUTH ARE GETTING !!!
