It's important to take care of myself. to sleep well, to eat well, to get simple, sustainable, basic exercise that's in MY emotional comfort zone. sometimes pushing beyond, but better to meet the expectations than fail to even meet them in efforts to exceed them. and to acknowledge my feelings!
64.0 kg Lost so far: 15.4 kg.    Still to go: 2.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
