I want to feel frustrated, but this has been a stressful week. I have stress eaten. Yesterday, I reached out to friends to talk. I think talking to people has helped and will lead to a successful diet and exercise week.
116.6 kg Lost so far: 3.9 kg.    Still to go: 12.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
