Down 4lbs, and I'm eating quiet a bit, I'm sure its water weight but its still nice to see it coming down.....Happy Wednesday!
97.1 kg Lost so far: 1.8 kg.    Still to go: 15.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
