Had my monthly weigh in at the gym today, so chaffed with my results!
lost 3.8kgs 2.5% body fat 20 cm in total!!
So inspired to carry on am particularly pleased with the fat being border line high cholesterol.
will start walking tomorrow in addition to my usual workout.
am targeting to lose 7kgs by end of December!:)
