ok starting my workout.
biking & weights today
Also did a 8 min cardio intervals.
Hey, it's a start back in the right direction.
I am going to try to diet as well. Not sure how many calories I am going for but I need to keep track of it and keep it low.
66.7 kg Lost so far: 5.4 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
