9st 10 (missed WW) 23.4% Fat. Totally lost the plot. No exercise the last few days, no tracking, loads of carb and sugar-heavy overeating. Bit of a low point.

Agree with Kes! You took responsibility for the actions, you suffered the consequences of the actions. You identified the problem area. Next step...fix it and move on my friend! You can do this!

Thank you everyone. I was lucky to have a good long talk with a dear friend yesterday (and unfortunately three MORE pieces of cake!) about the things that have been getting me down, and I've come away feeling a little more hopeful, aided I'm sure by a decent walk with her yesterday and another with hubby today. I'm lacking motivation myself but if I can get other people alongside I can make the efforts I haven't been making myself, to stand in the gap until I'm ready to take up the mantle myself again.
