continuous days of self-sabotage....hopefully stops today!!!
Yesterday, lunch was ok with salad, and two tall coffees through the day...evening snack, crumbled and had hummus with carrots/celery. Also, some nuts with my salad! But then gave away the box of remaining nuts, so that was good...except on the way home, I remembered I like Chinese food!!! So yeah, stopped by and picked up some--white rice and tofu kung pao "chicken"...just as delicious as I'd remembered it!!! No Exercise today either!!
So the damage so far: No exercise since last week Tuesday's spinning class!! Wed's food damage: peanuts, hummus, and chinese food Tues's damage: lots of mixed nuts and bag of goldfish cracker Mon's damage: box of mixed nuts Sun's damage: 2-3 atkins bars and OD'd on tofu noodles pasta dish made at home Sat's damage: cheese, crackers, nuts etc. Fri' damage: French fries!! and bean soup
OK THE MADNESS STOPS HERE!!! BACK ON THE CARBS-WATCH!!!! NO CHEATING UNTIL THE END OF FEBRUARY!!!
