9st 8.7 Fat 23.3% (half on at WW) Been in the red on calories every day this week, and only accidentally managed a deficit one day I think, oops :( Also had two immensely lazy days with appalling fitbit scores, really not an on fleek week! Still feeling sorry for myself but must try and inhibit the indulgence and make sure I keep up with some activity at least. Got to be sure to still fit in my ski trousers for Iceland next month!
