slowly relaxing in terms of how strict i am on ANY diet. but i am setting ground rules for myself as i go.
ths whole diet thing is practicing self control and it's relatively working.
82.0 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 16.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.1 kg a Week

If you want results that will last a lifetime you need to make this a lifestyle change, not just a temporary diet. Find the way of eating that makes sense for you, whether it is Fat Flush or South Beach, Weight Watchers, etc., and make it a permanent change. That is the only way you will ever not have to "diet."
