I just looked up Peijnenburg Zero Ontbijtkoek from your diet diary. Wow that looks so nice and high in fibre. What does it taste like? My supermarket probably has it. They have a lot of European and German products there.

Oh, I also saw melon on your diet diary so I bought some... now that is what I can have now as my sweet snack! I have rock melon/cantaloupe.

it taste like ginger bread, with the texture of bread. add a small slice of hame to the melon for protein :P

You are right! Melon and ham are perfect together. I must buy some more ham. We have a beautiful honey ham portion available here, that is $11 for 750g. Then I can slice it as I need it at home. The kids love that-when I slice extra for them to use in tacos or burritos and sandwiches.

Well, it is Australia. I am named after Beethoven's Fur Elise so there is some Austrian in there somewhere! My ancestry is mostly French and German so I was designed for that part of the world. :) Cycling here might be a bit tricky?
