I can't believe it.... 1 stone in 1 week....... I'm amazed but thrilled..... not doing food entries anymore as I am using the WW tracker.....

I am so motivated after this weeks result that I am so sticking to my points....

106.1 kg Lost so far: 6.4 kg. Still to go: 29.9 kg. Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
