I have been helping a friend move fire wood from his place. He is 6.3 and lost 45kg. He put me on this app and his diet plan of 1200 cals a day. That is too low for me. I am comfy with 1650 cals a day. Vege soups with either beans chicken or tuna. Brown rice. A couple cups coffee and either some cruskits or biscuits. Tinned fruit with gurt or custard for desert. 3 days into it Im not hungry. Im not missing my 1/2 loaf of bread either. Took it easier on exercise today and plodded with the firewoid throughout the day.
