I'm doing a 28 day nutrition cleanse/diet. The first 4 days are reset days where the meals are smoothies. Surprising, I really did not lose anything during these days. After that I had the time to exercise more and started to see results. Sure is tough to lose as you get older. Let's see how this week goes. I have the groceries. No reason not to stay on track.
