Ok so I have been slack, not logging food not even reading my notifications!! But for once in my life it's not because I have been eating crap and lying on the couch, well actually this wekend I have but mostly I have been eating pretty clean and exercising like an athelete, well a fat girl athalete but moving most days. Today is MAcro Monday a lady from the gym and I have decided to do another 6 weeks and get some results and be accountable!
