Breakfast was 4 fried eggs, grits, 2 slices toast, a fried banana and coffee.

No exercise today. I am semi-retired now and am feeling pretty lazy today.
80.9 kg Lost so far: 13.9 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 4.4 kg a Week
