Just 4 lbs from my goal wt. But going to my daughters Graduation party today. I have to build the strength to eat only a little & stay away from the carbs. I know I can do it.
90.3 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 4.1 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
