So the culprit it seems for my stall was nondairy dry creamer. Even though it was only 10 cal/tsp, something about it stops everything. I really wish I'd have caught it sooner but with an out of town wedding and surgery, I didn't put 2+2 together. I've got 10 days of HCG left of this phase so hopefully, I can make up some of the loss before taking a break. Others have had no issues with creamer and with watermelon. I'm just going to hold fast to the straight and narrow until this phase is up. Maybe I will give watermelon a try after this part ends.

p.s. Even seeing the scale take a nose dive, it is still difficult not having coffee...or ice cream. Sigh.

I have wondered about the coffee creamer. I don't seem to be loosing anything but then, I haven't been exercising as I've a broken foot. Will drop the creamer. It seems to add a lot of calories. t

If you're doing the HCG, you shouldn't be exercising, right? No creamer and the other thing was flavored splenda... since I can't add any creamer, that is out, too. But it says not to use any sweetener but Stevia.

Just to offer my own experience. When I eat a half cup of oatmeal, I add 2 tablespoons of the coffee mate powder creamer, for a total of 60 calories. For me, I haven't really seen it affect me negatively, and it works to help flavor my oatmeal along with some other stuff I add to it.
