nutritionist upped what she wants my goal weight to be due to skin issues she foresees along with my age. over 7 pounds lost gave me a lift. I thought I had gained.
159.8 kg Lost so far: 2.6 kg.    Still to go: 57.7 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
