Feelin' accomplished. I can DO this thang!!! CAN be 179 by end of month!!! At LEAST 160lb. by the end of July. Will feel SOOOOO much better!! Every time I'm tempted to eat-I think of the pain my weight is causing, and I say NO!!! Maybe 140lbs. by the end of August? Wow!!!
