they say to tackle one problem at a time. so although I am still careful what I eat. I've been dealing with some other issues that take priority. so I'm still here and keep up to date with my notifications. I hope to be able incorporate a regular routine of recording and reaching my goal weight. until then I wish everyone continued success, and for those struggling I wish for you to find that one thing that you are comfortable with and helps you reach your goal. 😃
