Well, Look what happens when you stop checking in and keeping yourself on track. I lost motivation and went on an eight month eating binge. I gained about 70 lbs over that time period. I know what to do to lose weight and I surely know how to gain it! I restarted exercising and eating right about six weeks ago. I'm not going to say I'm dieting. I either eat right and lose the weight or I eat like an idiot and I gain weight. It's so hard to stay on track and motivated. I got back up to about 360 lbs, again. I am such a moron. I feel like crap when I gain the weight but I kept eating junk until I felt so horrible I didn't have much of a choice but to start eating right again. I have lost over 25 lbs since I got back on track. I can almost get back on my home scale again. Another few lbs to go for that. Hopefully if I fall off again I can get myself back on track within a week or so. I am going to check in every week from now on. Even on bad weeks I will force myself to check in and face the consequences. I didn't do that for 8 months and 70 lbs were added. I don't ever want to do that again!
