Well, any drop is better than no drop. I'm still positive. Started with my gym classes again last week so could be water retention as well.

Could someone maybe assist me, I had curry mince last nite...without the veg and rice.... just the curry mince. I cant seem to find how much calories that is.
71.6 kg Lost so far: 8.2 kg.    Still to go: 1.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.1 kg a Week

Denise I usually just use Beef Mince (Cooked) for my Food Diary when I eat mince since there is no option for mutton mince. You won't always get the calories 100% accurate but you can get it close as possible :)

BBO, there is minced lamb as an alternative to mutton.

Ooops! FatGirl2Fit You are right, I think that's the one I used. Mince Lamb (cooked). I'll have a look just now.
