I was out of town for Thanksgiving and a youth retreat, very hard to stick to healthy foods, etc. when out of town. But I did walk A LOT around the Mall of America and went for a hike on Thanksgiving day. Only 1 pound though, hoping for more next week!
97.1 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 33.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
