An impressive, almost 5 pound gain from my up day. I didn't expect this much of a gain after one day, but imagine it will come down just as fast. I ate quite a few carbs in the form of a couple pieces of graduation cake and I drank a couple glasses of wine and danced a lot last night. No worries. I'm actually relieved to be on a down day. It makes eating so much easier.
