You'll see it! I know how breaking every even 10 lbs sometimes is incredibly elusive. I'd like to see that number too! Likely a few weeks out for me.

Thanks everyone - 10 lbs since I joined Fat Secret and started working with my new team to help me get ready for my competition. I will do a DEXA in about 2 weeks to see what the percentage is of true fat loss and muscle gain! What can I accomplish in 2 more weeks??
