i started with the gym on Monday 23/05/2016 and since last week on the 16/5/2016 i'm trying my best to eat less than 1000 calories a day.
76.8 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 6.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week
