Weight is coming down after my carb meal. I'm feeling good and will likely drag out the amount of days before my next carb meal. I don't like to be pinned down so will just play it by ear.
100.1 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 18.4 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.

Hey at least you did this one more sensibly... read my CR blog I know when I did it that way I didn't gain much and still was able to make my goal each week.. You got this I know it
