I fell of the wagon. I've started eating a lot of carbs again. But tomorrow i'll start again. Also i'll start the gym again. Or maybe i'll go running a little. I need to burn more calories. So i can have a better weight loss. Because sitting all day and waiting for the diet to do the work, is just not gonna cut it anymore. Peace.
