Planning on adding 100kcal to my deficit each day starting from Friday: Example: - Friday = TDEE - 900kcal - Saturday = TDEE - 800kcal - Sunday = TDEE - 700kcal - Monday, Tuesday = 600, 500 etc So I should be back up to 100% TDEE by 29th May. --- ObservationMy losses have ranged from: 2.9 to 0.5 KG/PW. However, throughout it all my weight loss has averaged at a steady 1.2KG/PW. I really needed to remind myself that even though the scales may not like me this week, I have to stick with it and next week they will. There is a "whoosh" around the corner.

Sounds like a good plan, the ramp-down into maintenance is how I approached it as well, it just felt logical to feel out the "new normal" gradually - and congratulations! I remember your recent post where it was getting to you a bit, so I'm glad you got there.

I wouldn't recommend that. The max min calories to have in a day are 1200 and only for a week. If you starve yourself you will just put it all back on as soon as you start to eat normally again. Eat protein, lots of fresh fruit and veg, rye and buckwheat carbs and grain rice. Dont have any sauces or premade things, just keep it fresh and basic. Good luck

"reneeskilling25" I think you've misunderstood my post. I am not eating 1200kcal or fewer. I am cycling down my deficit, and working back up to maintenance calories. Today I am eating "TDEE(2570)-1200", so 1370kcal. Tomorrow I will eat "TDEE(2570)-1100", so 1470kcal - etc etc.
