After having a hissy fit about bloating, slow to no movement on the scale hubby and I reviewed our diet. increased water, decreased nut intake, simple meals, made up bulk for lunch and snacks tuna salad and egg salad. Cut back the fat amounts in frying all together worked. Thank the Lord. Amen
