I am at the weight I started at now...85.2kg...5 days after starting. I'm not surprised. I think I did well to get through this last week with about 100 oral exams meeting students one on one. I still feel there is a cold lurking in me, and had I not consumed those extra calories, I would be in a terrible condition now today. I know those 2 dishes of kimchi were full of salt, but the garlic and hot peppers were really needed.

I'm going to continue this weekend from staying away from bread and 'whites" that are no good for me...but I'll be generous on the calories until this cold is nipped...very sore throat today...looking forward to R&R this weekend!
