This is just great! It's so nice to be able to see the exact calories of every ingredient in my food! I find it easier to eliminate or cut down on some! Down a pound ( or so) since yesterday, but probable a bit of water loss as I did hit yoga yesterday! Feeling sore, but mind is happy!
