Wow, 10 pounds doesn't seem like much: I am surprised to see that last May I weighed 152. During that time I gained another 9 pounds. Now I am serious about my weight, follow a point system I found online and now weigh 142 with a new goal of 138.....for now anyway. I might go lower.....
64.5 kg Lost so far: 6.3 kg.    Still to go: 3.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 0.2 kg a Week
