Back from my vacation...lots of eating, and atleast a few attempts at working out,weight had risen to 148.8 last night, but after 12 hours of sleeping and skipping dinner, I see it settled down to 145.6...
starting my new plan of workout and dieting today. Two weeks of strict induction. Made my induction diet plan and need to go pick up groceries today so I can get cookin!
Need to get to the gym today as well...New plan is to lose the vacation weight and get down to 136 pounds soon. And then another 10 pounds to 125 pounds--at which point I won't be fat anymore..and then serious work to get down to my lowest ever--115 pounds is the ultimate goal---and DON'T EVEN TRY TO TALK ME OUT OF IT!!!
