Starting the Diet Doctor's 2 week low carb challenge today. I planned today's eating yesterday and will try to do that for each day. Am looking forward to trying a cabbage "steak" recipe that I saw on-line. Have a great day my friends and buddies!

I've made the cauliflower "steak" and loved it! Let us know how the cabbage is, I love cabbage also!!!

I love new recipes. I will look at those. It was my intention to start that this week too. I forgot and already ate a half a bran muffin. Dang ... Maybe I can still do it. *sigh*
