Can anyone tell me why I stayed at 277 for three days and then gained .8 of a pound? I have not cheated from dat one.
126.0 kg Lost so far: 5.5 kg.    Still to go: 60.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Water weight? .8 isn't that bad. We tend to fluctuate during the day.

Google "why the scale lies" for insight in to water weight fluctuations. You might have just ate too much sodium one day. Hormones, medicines, sickness, inflammation, stress, sore muscles from exercise and many other factors affect our water weight and the scale.
