decided to join Weight Watchers. the whole30 experience was wonderful for me...it tamed my sugar dragon, though i can still feel him wanting to break free at times, it made me appreciate and eat more veggies, plus inflammation in my bad shoulder has gone down considerably. I want to continue with a more clean way of eating but felt i needed to be held accountable and get support from others thus the reason for joining WW. Their scales show me a pound heavier than mine so that is why the 1 pound "gain". I have had my home scales hidden and will only weigh in once a week, Friday, when i go to meetings....i need to break the scale habit, not be a slave to the number. it's more important how i'm feeling, how my clothes fit, etc. I joined and paid for 3 months and am determined to give it my best go and see what happens :-)
